HOW MANY TYPE OF ACCOUNTS CAN I CREATE ON WALLETS AFRICA?

You can create two types of accounts. A personal account or a business account.

HOW DO I CREATE A PERSONAL ACCOUNT?

Go to the page menu and click on “sign up”, click on “get started”, select “wallet for personal use”, put in your phone number with your correct country code, click on “create account” and enter the OTP sent to your number, fill in the required details. It is important to note that you will be required to fill in your phone number, valid mail address, BVN, and proof of identification such as your national ID, driver’s license, etc. After you input your email, you will be required to set a password and follow the prompts to complete the registration.

HOW DO I OPEN A BUSINESS WALLET ON THE APP?

Tap on “create business wallet” on the pages menu after you have clicked on the “get started” button, enter all the required details as well as your business documents (your business must be registered), and follow the prompts after which you will be asked to create a log in password. Finalize the process by entering all the details and uploading the required documents. Your business account is created. 

CAN I REFER PEOPLE TO THE APP?

Yes. You can refer people to use the app by sharing your referral code or link with them. This allows you to earn as soon as any of your referrals sign up.

HOW CAN I SEND MONEY FROM MY WALLET?

Click on the “send money” button on the dashboard, and select if you want to transfer to another wallet or a bank account. Input the receiver’s phone number or account number respectively and enter the amount you wish to send. Follow the prompts to finalize the transaction.

CAN I PAY FOR BILLS ON THE APP?

Yes, you can! Click on “pay bills” on the dashboard, select the category of bills and input the amount and duration, follow the instructions and complete the transaction.

HOW MANY TYPES OF CARD CAN I CREATE ON MY WALLET?

Two types of cards. A Nigerian Visa card which will be delivered to your doorstep and a Dollar USD card. You must have a minimum of $10 to create a dollar card. For physical cards, you pay N2000 for the Nigerian card and N3000 for the USD card.

CAN I TRACK ALL MY TRANSACTIONS ON THE APP?

Yes, you can. On your dashboard, all the transactions made with details are displayed on the page. You can view, monitor, and track all the transactions you made on the Wallet Africa app.

CAN I SEE MY AVAILABLE BALANCE ON THE APP?

Yes. Just log in to your Wallets Africa app, and on your dashboard, your balance is displayed.
